Regular activities

Please join us!

We host and co-host several different virtual monthly activities, together with The Link and with other community organizations. You’re invited! Some are structured, some are very informal, and all are free unless otherwise noted. Everyone committed to the well-being of aging adults living with or affected by HIV is welcome, regardless of age, HIV status, gender or anything else. Occasionally we publicize events of special interest hosted by others.

All Aging Well Program activities and collaborations are now online gatherings using Zoom technology. It’s an easy to learn and fun video conferencing technology.

Every Monday:
Rainbow Room Happy Hour

Now a virtual Zoom event!

It doesn’t get more informal than this!  Join us on Zoom for Happy Hour at 4:30 pm next Monday. And every Monday. A group of older GBTQ+ men and our friends meet virtually (until we can meet face-to-face again) for drinks, snacks, and real conversation. Everyone is welcome!

Moose Brunch

This event has been temporarily suspended.

Our wonderful tradition had been to gather together for brunch at the Moose Lodge on a Sunday morning each month. But the world changes. With Governor Brown’s stay at home order, the Moose Lodge, for now, is closed. Who knows what will come of this, and when? Check back here!

Every Saturday:
Long-Term Survivor Community Group
Saturday Brunch

Now a virtual Zoom event!

This is another tradition that has been affected by world events. For some time now a group of long-term survivor friends had come together each Saturday morning for brunch and conversation at Quest Center. But now that group gatherings are paused, some community members are organizing a virtual brunch. Check back here for more information, or send us an email for more information!
