Empowered to Thrive Workshop #4: Discovering Healthy Coping Habits for a Great New Year!
THIS EVENT HAS PASSED. Entering into a new year may mean taking a look at our relationship with alcohol, drugs, food, porn, sex, shopping, and/or unhealthy relationships, as a means of coping with life’s difficulties. Long-term survivors joined addiction specialists to discuss in a non-judgmental and accepting setting. They enjoyed a fantastic meal, met friends, and learned together!
Tender chicken breasts flavored with our lemon-rosemary rub, grilled and served with roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables, aioli, green salad, and bread & butter.
Our vegetarian option for the day was flaky pastry pockets with vegetable filling, with basil cream sauce. Served with green salad, fruit salad, and bread & butter.
