Option 1: The CAP Group Van Shuttle (12 Spots)
Want to skip the driving and enjoy the road trip with the group? Grab a seat in our rented passenger van! We'll handle the driving, make a couple of comfort stops on the way down, and wrap up the afternoon with a group picnic.

8:30 AM – Sharp departure
9:45 AM – Quick "in-and-out" breakfast stop at McDonald's in McMinnville
10:45 AM – Brief rest stop/potty break at the Van Duzer Corridor Rest Area
11:30 AM – Arrive at Tradewinds Charters in Depoe Bay
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM – Whale Watching Tour
1:15 PM – Head to a local park for a relaxing group picnic before driving back to Portland
Option 2: Meet Us There / Independent Travel (7 Spots)
If you prefer to drive yourself, carpool with friends, or live closer to the coast, you can choose to meet the group directly at the docks. You are also more than welcome to stay and join us for the afternoon picnic!

How to RSVP
Because boat capacity is strictly capped, you must RSVP to secure your spot.
When you reply, you must specify your travel preference so we can manage van seating, picnic logistics, and check-in lists accurately.
Spots are first-come, first-served. Dress warmly in layers—it gets chilly out on the water!
